Events filtered through a funnel to the Agent The **Alerts** tab lists event subscriptions that wake the Agent instantly — a new email from a client, a payment, a new form response. ## Add an alert Just ask the Agent: "wake up whenever a new order arrives in Shopify" or "alert me when Stripe reports a failed payment". It sets up the subscription from a connected app, or a signed webhook for services that support them. ## Screened first Events are **screened before they wake the Agent**. Only relevant ones start a run; duplicates are ignored, and only one run happens at a time. Trigger icons ## Status and delivery Each alert shows whether it's active, any setup still needed, and what happened with recent deliveries. Alerts respect the Agent's **When a connected app does something** and **From a web address** switches. ## Your Inbox Agent and Watcher notifications appear together in your Inbox, grouped so repeated alerts don't flood it, and are pushed to your phone.
