Lead robot with helper robots around a table Big jobs can be split across a **team**: a lead Agent plus helper Agents that each own part of the work. ## How teams work * A **team channel** appears once a lead has at least one helper. It shows your posts and team updates. * Each Agent keeps its own **direct messages** for private chat and detailed work. * Every message has one home — nothing is duplicated between the channel and DMs. * Events a helper receives wake the lead, who routes the work. Connected hub ## Shared resources The whole team can use your shared Vault items, servers, browser session and every project knowledge base — always limited to your own account. ## Example A "Weekly growth report" lead asks one helper to pull ad metrics, another to summarize support tickets, then combines both into one report and posts it in the channel.
