# Watchers

> Lightweight monitors that notify you when something changes.

A **Watcher** keeps an eye on something and notifies you when it changes — a price drop, a new listing, a page update. It only notifies; it doesn't act.

## Watcher or Agent?

| You want to… | Use |
| - | - |
| Just be told when something changes | **Watcher** |
| Have something done about it | **Agent** |

Agents suggest a Watcher when your job is notify-only.

## Where to find them

Watchers live inside the Agents window under **Your Watchers**. Create and edit them there.

## Notifications

Watcher alerts land in your Inbox alongside Agent alerts and are pushed to your phone.
