# Unlimited

> Uncapped everyday chat, always protected by Zero Data Retention.

**Unlimited** is the everyday mode. Ask as much as you want — messages don't use credits.

## What it does

* Runs one fast, capable model with **Efficient** reasoning.
* Is **always** protected by Zero Data Retention. There's no Fast Mode here, so your prompts are never stored or used for training.
* Searches the live web when facts may have changed and shows sources.
* Supports files, images and [voice](/chat/voice) — a realistic AI voice can read any answer aloud.

* Writing and rewriting: emails, posts, replies.
* Explaining things and answering questions.
* Summarizing articles and short documents.
* Brainstorming and quick research.

## Good to know

<Note>To keep things fast for everyone, people with very heavy usage may be temporarily slowed down. You're never cut off.</Note>

* Unlimited is available in Quick Chat for every signed-in plan. It isn't offered inside Project Chat.
* For high-stakes questions, switch to [Orchestration](/chat/orchestration).

## How to use it
