# Trust and blocking

> How Aura spots phishing and keeps unwanted senders out.

## Trust score

Every incoming message is checked for impersonation and social-engineering tricks. Suspicious mail shows a banner with:

* A **trust score from 0 to 100**
* The **specific warning signs** Aura found — like a look-alike sender domain, urgent pressure or a request for passwords or payment

The check runs alongside spam filtering, so dangerous mail is flagged before you click anything.

## Blocked senders

In **Settings → Blocked**, see and remove addresses and domains you've blocked. Mail from them never reaches your inbox.

## Safer reading

* Scripts and embedded frames are removed from every message.
* Turn off remote images in **Settings → Reading** to stop senders knowing when you open their mail.
