# Get to inbox zero

> Sort, summarize and draft replies with Work Mode.

**You'll use:** [Work Mode](/chat/work-mode) with Gmail or Outlook.

  <Step title="Connect your email">Turn on Work Mode and connect your account when asked.</Step>
  <Step title="Ask for a triage">*"Group today's unread email into urgent, needs a reply and FYI. Summarize each in one line."*</Step>
  <Step title="Draft replies">*"Draft polite replies to the urgent ones. Don't send yet."*</Step>
  <Step title="Make it daily">Turn it into an [Agent](/build/agents) that runs every morning.</Step>
