# Build a team dashboard

> Your numbers, charts and KPIs in one internal tool.

Spreadsheets work until five people edit them at once. An internal dashboard gives your team one live source of truth.

## What to ask for

> Build an internal dashboard for my sales team. Sign-in for each rep, a home page with this week's numbers as charts, a page to log new deals, and a leaderboard. Only signed-in team members can see it.

The Builder creates the database, the charts, the forms and the sign-in — a real internal tool, not a mockup.

## Take it further

* **Roles** — "managers can edit any deal, reps only their own."
* **Imports** — attach a CSV and ask the Builder to load it as starting data.
* **Weekly digest** — pair it with an Aura Agent that emails a summary every Monday.
* **Filters and search** — ask for date ranges and per-person views.

## Tips

* Sketch the three numbers your team checks daily and put those on the home page first.
* Internal tools don't need to be pretty on day one — ship, then polish.
