How teams work
- A team channel appears once a lead has at least one helper. It shows your posts and team updates.
- Each Agent keeps its own direct messages for private chat and detailed work.
- Every message has one home — nothing is duplicated between the channel and DMs.
- Events a helper receives wake the lead, who routes the work.
