Our story

Built through uncertainty

Our story began as iTelligent Solutions in 2020, just as COVID-19 changed the world. Starting a company in that moment meant facing uncertainty from the very beginning. But the hardships of the pandemic did not slow us down. They gave us a reason to push harder. We gained traction by helping more businesses find sustainable solutions to their needs—bringing creativity, technology and a practical understanding of what it takes to move a business forward.

Experience that shaped a different vision

Before founding the company, Matthias worked with creative agencies and global companies, including Travel Leaders. He saw the strengths of established teams, but also the gaps: disconnected services, unnecessary complexity and ideas held back by the tools available to bring them to life. That experience inspired a different ambition—not simply to build another agency, but to reshape how people create, work and grow in a digital world.

From more AI to meaningful AI

As AI became part of everyday life, its possibilities grew—but so did the confusion. People were surrounded by new tools without a clear place to start. Businesses added AI to existing products, often as another paid add-on, leaving users with more subscriptions and more decisions to make. Youniverse.AI’s mission became clear: remove the complexity, connect the possibilities and bring them into one ecosystem. Aura is the expression of that mission—a place where an idea can move from a conversation to something real, without piecing together a collection of disconnected tools. Matthias brought together a team of engineers and designers to build an ecosystem centered on privacy and Zero Data Retention, while giving users the tools that were never possible to make their dreams finally a reality.

Technology was supposed to give us more time. Instead, over the last two decades it has quietly taken a toll—fueling distraction, comparison and burnout, and contributing to significant increases in depression and loneliness. Most companies respond by adding more screens, more alerts and more noise. Youniverse.AI exists to do the opposite. Our mission is to get rid of the AI noise—to replace the endless stream of tools, tabs and subscriptions with one calm, private place that works for you. We believe we are the first company to use AI not to capture more of your attention, but to give you your time back—so you can return to what truly matters: family, friends and your health. When technology stops demanding and starts serving, it stops costing you the moments that count.

Meet Matthias Hamm

Connect with Matthias on LinkedIn Matthias Hamm is our founder and CEO, a software engineer, web developer and SEO specialist. He graduated summa cum laude from The Pennsylvania State University, majoring in Information Systems and Cyber Security. His drive to create reaches beyond technology. Matthias is a second-degree international black belt and has won multiple karate championship awards. He currently teaches karate on the side at Kim’s Karate in Shrewsbury, Pennsylvania, sharing the discipline, confidence and perseverance that have shaped his own journey. He is also a musician. He recently wrote a new song, “Essential,” which he plans to release soon—another expression of the creativity that runs through his work.
