Agencies, accountants and freelancers lose hours to “can you resend that file?” emails. A client portal ends that. A glass client portal

What to ask for

Build a client portal for my design studio. Clients sign in and see their projects, each with status, files they can download, invoices, and a message thread. I need an admin side where I create projects and upload files.
The Builder creates sign-in, the client dashboard, file storage and your admin view. Each client only sees their own projects.

Take it further

  • Approvals — “clients can approve or request changes on a deliverable.”
  • Notifications — email the client when you upload something new.
  • Branding — your logo, your domain, your colors: it should feel like your studio, not a tool.
  • Professional email — Elite members get free mailboxes on their domain, so portal emails come from you@yourstudio.com.

Tips

  • Start with one friendly client and expand once it feels right.
  • Keep the first version to three things: files, status, messages. Add the rest later.
