Glass inbox window with category chips and message rows

Your inbox

The left rail holds your folders: Inbox, Starred, Drafts, Sent, Archive, Junk and Trash. Search sits at the top of the message list.

Smart categories

Chips above the list split your inbox Apple Mail-style: Conversations are grouped into threads with a count, unread mail shows a blue dot, and Select lets you act on many messages at once.

Contacts that fill themselves in

A glass contact card with details flowing in
Switch to Contacts at the top of the Mail window. When someone new emails you, Aura quietly looks them up on the public web and fills in the blanks:
  • Photo — from LinkedIn, Gravatar, GitHub or X, or the company’s own icon
  • Job title and company
  • Headline, location and LinkedIn profile
Open any contact and press Find details on LinkedIn to run the lookup again.
Aura never overwrites what you typed. Automatic details only fill empty fields.

More contact features

  • My Card at the top holds your own details.
  • Import an address book exported from Gmail, iCloud, Outlook or any vCard/CSV file — people you already have are kept.
  • Add phones, addresses, birthdays, notes and social links by hand.
