Rules

Rules act on mail the moment it arrives. Open Settings → Rules and build one in plain sentences: when a message … then … When a message:
  • is from
  • is addressed to
  • is Cc’d to
  • is addressed or Cc’d to
  • has subject containing
  • has list-id containing
Then:
  • Move to Folder
  • Forward to an email address
  • Mark as Read
  • Move to Trash
  • Any of the above and mark as read
Example: when a message is from billing@vendor.com, Move to Folder and Mark as Read → Receipts.

Nightly cleanup

In Settings → Cleanup, Aura tidies your inbox once a night. Each cleanup can be edited or turned off: Each card shows when it last ran.
Starred mail is always left where it is.
